Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC seeks a professional chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transportation for clients and guests in Abu Dhabi. You will plan journeys to ensure punctuality, assist with personal items, and perform errands with confidentiality while maintaining luxury vehicle standards.

Candidates should hold a valid UAE driving licence with a clean record, have excellent knowledge of UAE roads, and demonstrate strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for clients and guests using efficient routes.
• Plan journeys in advance considering traffic, appointments and special requirements to ensure punctuality.
• Assist with handling shopping and personal items as needed.
• Carry out errands including deliveries, collections and drop-offs with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain vehicles in excellent condition via cleaning, upkeep, servicing, and repairs coordination.
• Manage vehicle documentation including insurance, registration, and service records with Household Manager.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, maintain professional appearance, and uphold discretion and confidentiality.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe courteous and professional transportation for Client and guests using the most efficient and appropriate routes
• Plan journeys in advance taking into account traffic conditions appointments and special requirements to ensure punctuality
• Assist in handling shopping and other personal items when required
• Carry out errands including deliveries collections and drop-offs ensuring all items are handled with care and confidentiality

Vehicle Care and Maintenance

• Maintain all assigned vehicles in excellent condition including regular cleaning basic upkeep and coordinating scheduled servicing and repairs
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections including checking fluid levels tyre pressure and overall roadworthiness and report any faults or safety concerns promptly
• Manage vehicle-related documentation including insurance registration service records and renewal reminders in coordination with the Household Manager

Safety and Professional Standards

• Comply with all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest standards of discretion confidentiality and customer service
• Ensure vehicles remain clean presentable and fully equipped at all times
• Follow safe manual handling practices when loading and unloading luggage parcels and other items

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record - driving license no 3 4 Light Heavy
• Previous experience as a Luxury Hotel driver private driver chauffeur or in a similar role within a private household is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of UAE roads routes and traffic regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional trustworthy discreet and service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
