Job description

Deliver high-quality Mathematics lectures to preparatory year students using student-centered and innovative teaching methods.

1. Develop and implement assessment tools that align with learning outcomes and support student success.

2. Conduct high-impact research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, both regionally and internationally.

3. Provide academic advising and mentoring to students, supporting their academic progression.

4. Engage in curriculum design, continuous improvement, and outcome-based education practices.

5. Contribute to community outreach and institutional development initiatives.

6. Participate in department and college-level committees and quality assurance processes.

7. Stay current in the discipline through research, professional development, and scholarly activity.

Requirements

Education:

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mathematics from an accredited and reputable university.

• Additional training in teaching methodologies or higher education instruction is an advantage.

Experience:
