Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to improve operations and service delivery to meet existing and future corporate objectives.

Performance Objectives:

  1. Develop client / market relationships and build WTW propositions for growth
  2. Build pipeline for prospective new business
  3. Identify key expertise to support on new business opportunities and oversee client/market responses and deliverables
  4. Execute and develop strategic marketing plans to support annual growth targets
  5. Maintain awareness of potential threats to the business and develop policies and processes for contingencies
  6. Stay informed about developments in organization change and development to leverage the latest thinking
  7. Create consistency in Broking activities across the Lines of Business within the region

Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Over 10 years of insurance/brokerage industry-related business development experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
