Job Description

Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to improve operations and service delivery to meet current and future corporate objectives.

Performance Objectives
  1. Develop client and market relationships and build WTW propositions for growth.
  2. Build a pipeline for prospective new business.
  3. Identify key expertise to support new business opportunities and oversee client/market responses and deliverables.
  4. Execute and develop strategic marketing plans to support annual growth targets.
  5. Maintain awareness of potential threats to the business and develop policies and processes for contingencies.
  6. Stay updated on developments in organizational change and development to leverage the latest thinking.
  7. Create consistency in Broking activities across the Lines of Business within the region.
