Factory Supervisor / Manager - Corporate Manufacturing Office

Reporting to Project Controller & Dep CEO Manufacturing, the candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Must have experience in Aluminium or Joinery Factory.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the development, performance, and maintenance of the manufacturing production to ensure smooth and efficient production and delivery solutions, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets.
• Ensure that the team understands that the organization's profits are reflected in all its manufacturing production and activities, including relationships and risk management.
• Adhere to budgets and plans to maximize profitability.
• Meet personal and team targets as well as those of the organization as a whole.
• Ensure the smooth running of the team and the organization as a whole.
• Contribute to the training and development of the team.
• Assist the line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organizational plans.
• Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations, including Best Practice Guidelines and ISO certification.
