Job description

We are currently seeking a FACILITY MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY (Native Arabic Speaker) for our client, a Facilities Management Service Provider based in Dubai. Candidates should have experience managing residential communities, a team, and budget.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in Residential Community FM
MUST BE a Native Arabic Speaker
Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP, IWFM, CIBSE) is a plus
Candidates already within UAE will be advantageous
