Job Description

  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Implement energy management strategies to promote sustainability and reduce operational costs.
  • Create and enforce emergency preparedness plans, ensuring staff and occupant safety in all scenarios.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify maintenance needs and compliance issues.
  • Facilitate space planning and office layout optimization to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely availability while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
