Job summary

Misr Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Manager to lead facility operations in Abu Dhabi, overseeing MEP systems, asset management, and predictive maintenance while coordinating with contractors and service providers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management, 10+ years of FM experience with ≥5 years in leadership, and strong HSE knowledge, with a preference for Real Estate sector exposure and PMP/LEED certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of Facility Management experience, including ≥5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven Real Estate sector experience.
• Strong expertise in MEP systems, asset management, predictive maintenance, and best practices.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, procurement, and facility service contracts.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance.
• PMP or LEED certification is a plus.
• Public/government project experience is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
