Job summary

Plenary is seeking an IT Manager responsible for planning, implementing and continuously improving IT systems supporting Facility Management operations, including CAFM/CMMS, ERP, and BMS integrations.

The role covers across infrastructure, cybersecurity, application management, data protection, business continuity, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver secure, reliable IT services across all facilities.

Qualifications

Experience in IT infrastructure, networks and security.
Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS, ERP, and building systems (CCTV, access control).
Ability to integrate CAFM with ERP, IoT and BMS.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.
Ensure high availability, performance and security of LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
Monitor and maintain network performance, uptime and capacity planning.
Manage firewalls, VPNs and network security controls.
Administer CAFM/CMMS platforms including asset management, preventive maintenance and work orders.
Ensure system configuration, upgrades and lifecycle management; oversee access control and security.
Oversee integrations between CAFM/CMMS, ERP, BMS, IoT and other systems; manage API integrations.
