Job description

We’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Facilities & Workplace Manager to oversee the operations and optimization of multiple office locations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a multi-year location and space planning strategy
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance (DIFC, Civil Defence, Health Authority, etc.)
• Oversee maintenance and vendor relationships across sites
• Lead sustainability initiatives and emergency preparedness planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR and IT
• Manage budgets and drive cost-efficiency

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in facilities management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE and municipal regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and vendor management skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Stakeholder management
• Soft facilities – designing of spaces, working with IT teams on tech, office space, hybrid models, growth, and expansion
• Arabic speaker, preferred but not essential

Salary: AED 35,000 - 40,000
