Facilities Supervisor - RAK Properties PJSC

To supervise and maintain the operations of buildings and all facilities services in RAK Properties projects, including inspecting buildings, identifying maintenance issues such as clogged drains, leaky ceilings, faulty electrical wiring & switches, and other facility maintenance concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform specific technical tasks and occasionally upgrade skills to meet challenging job conditions.
• Utilize skill-based competencies in operating standard FM equipment and pertinent FM software applications.
• Schedule activities, inspections, meetings, and other relevant FM responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with others in various circumstances, analyze requirements, and operate FM equipment using different methods.
• Solve maintenance issues, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, work as part of a team, handle interruptions, and maintain confidentiality.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate with staff to utilize resources effectively from other units.
• Respond to inquiries, recommend action plans, and oversee emergency repairs and building security.
• Resolve customer conflicts ensuring professional and safe service delivery.
• Follow RAKP Health and Safety Policy, report hazards, issues, or incidents promptly.
• Use company spare parts and materials efficiently; perform quick repairs within SLA.
• Create reports such as work schedules, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Department Head.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requisite Qualifications :

• Diploma in facility management, building maintenance, or a related qualification.
