A leading facilities management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facilities Planner to oversee various facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in facilities planning. Facilities Planner Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise facility-related projects including equipment installation, renovations, and redesign efforts
  • Review and support design modifications, equipment specifications, and contractor deliverables in coordination with leadership
  • Conduct and design feasibility studies for project proposals
  • Support budgeting efforts by assisting in preparation and monitoring of facilities-related expenditures
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in the selection of third-party consultants including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Coordinate with technical teams to manage project execution and ensure site readiness
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure needs are met from project planning through post-construction assessment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all construction and facility activities
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records related to facilities planning and construction history
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in institutional planning, engineering, architecture, business administration, economics, industrial technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities and space planning
  • Strong knowledge of project specifications, construction safety standards, and maintenance practices
  • Experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants on mid- to large-scale facility projects
