Job summary

Khidmah is seeking an experienced facilities supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead housekeeping, car wash and window cleaning teams. You will hire, train and oversee daily operations, ensuring top service quality for clients and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities include budget control, contract reviews, and preparing performance reports while maintaining safety and compliance with HSE policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.
• FM certifications such as BICS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• COSHH, ISO, HACCP knowledge/certification.
• Education/certificate related to Hospitality and Facilities management.
• Licensed in BICS training.
• HSE training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional housekeeping service to clients of Khidmah home and Provis.
• Produce helpdesk related reports.
• Review and evaluate contracts for HK; provide KPI/SLA evidence.
• Produce accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, and on request.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to clients.
• Monitor processes to maintain optimum customer service.
• Maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate housekeeping/cleaning services scheduling and payments.
• Oversee site teams and daily operations methods.
• Responsible to generate monthly revenue.
