Job summary

Al Bonian FM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance in the UAE. The role requires deep FM knowledge, especially in hard services, with a focus on delivering high client satisfaction and compliant operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 10 years in FM, with at least 5 years at manager level in the UAE, and a valid driving license.

• 10 years of experience with at least 5 years as Facilities Manager in UAE.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of FM functions, especially Hard Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM services and maintain client satisfaction under pressure.
• Manage building operations and maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and emergency preparedness.
• Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and achieve KPI and P&L targets.
• Develop strategies for facility improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
