Job Description
  1. Responsible for managing 50+ facilities and clinics across the UAE, including upcoming projects.
  2. Ensure all building facilities adhere to safety standards and cleaning procedures.
  3. Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
  4. Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments.
  5. Supervise facilities staff and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
  6. Handle insurance contracts.
  7. Collaborate with hospital staff to minimize operational disruptions.
  8. Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and permits.
  9. Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
  11. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet hospital requirements.
  12. Manage project budgets and track expenses for cost-effective solutions.
  13. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
