My client, one of the UAE's leading Facilities and Energy management service providers, is urgently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Integration of facilities management requirements
2. Manage and deliver the budget
3. Set standards and procedures for operation
4. Uniform the operation between business units
5. Assist managers with new staff requirements
6. Optimize purchases and contracts between operation units
7. Mobilize and integrate new client contracts
8. Deliver customer expectations
9. Deploy leadership and team spirit
10. Advise on pricing (sales and purchases) policies and ensure each service is run cost-efficiently
11. Develop a benchmark database from existing operations (energies & facilities)

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in energy management
• Strong leadership and team spirit
• Experience in HVAC and Electricity
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software (preferred)
