A recruitment agency is looking for a Senior Manager - Recruitment in Abu Dhabi to oversee office operations and coordinate maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate property service requests and manage preventive/corrective maintenance plans.
  • Assess and improve facilities processes, policies, and automation; ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage vendors and contracts, including service coordination, invoice processing, and supplier performance tracking.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment; manage inventory and storage.
  • Lead office projects (expansions, fit-outs, relocations) and optimize space allocation.
  • Support budgeting and cost optimization for facilities and general services.
