We are looking for an Arabic-speaking professional with a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in customer service or document control within community or property management.

The role involves supporting property handover operations, managing DLP and community cases in Microsoft Dynamics, handling CAFM and Oracle systems, coordinating title deed transfers, and maintaining effective communication with clients during the handover process.

Job Location: Sharjah

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + Arabic Speaking

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:

  • Customer Service
  • Document Control experience in community management
  • Property Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community and DLP case management in Microsoft Dynamics

2. Oracle PR creation and invoice receipt processing

3. CAFM system administration

4. Managing email communications for Communities and Property Handover inboxes

5. Community customer service support

6. Title deed transfer coordination
