A prominent property management firm is seeking an Arabic-speaking professional based in Sharjah, with a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in customer service or document control. The role involves supporting property handover operations, managing DLP and community cases in Microsoft Dynamics, handling CAFM and Oracle systems, coordinating title deed transfers, and maintaining effective communication with clients during the handover process.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + Arabic Speaking
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community and DLP case management in Microsoft Dynamics
2. Oracle PR creation and invoice receipt processing
3. CAFM system administration
4. Managing email communications for Communities and Property Handover inboxes
5. Community customer service support
6. Title deed transfer coordination
7. Client coordination during handover process
