Facilities Management Engineer

Key accountabilities

1.Managing daily activities of FM Service Providers. Ensuring proper execution.

2.Checking on the accuracy of the daily reports and activities performed by FM Service Provider. Review the schedule of activities for weekly, monthly FM works and activities.

3.Review of data and information for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports

4.Monitoring and supervision of FM Service Providers during performance of maintenance services.

5.Prepare report to Facility Manager / Asst. Facility Manager on any major issues and concerns encountered during operations.

6.Conducting briefing for FM Service Provider in addressing problems encountered on daily operations.

7.Checking and monitoring of FM works and Closing the work in Oracle eAM. Ensure all outstanding work and updated information in Oracle eAM is accurate and updated.

8.Ensure that agreed SLA’s and Service Provider KPI’s are met and implemented.

9.Perform any other relevant task as directed by Head of FM, FM and Assistant FM.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in agriculture engineering preferably or civil engineering as relevant

2.8 years relevant working experience in integrated FM Industry with at least 4 years in both residential and commercial properties
