Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead maintenance teams and manage external contractors across the Fulfillment Center. You will develop plans to meet engineering goals and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, track performance metrics, and coordinate with safety and site leadership to deliver reliable, high-availability facilities. A Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of FM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced facility management.
• Experience with facility operations and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to lead external contractors and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of MHE, automation controls, and robotics systems.
