The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure performance standards & procedures of FM Services providers performance is in line with FM contract scope of work. The role holder is responsible for scheduling inspections and generating WOs for deviations notices. Report generation for compliance status and reporting the same to site manager in a timely manner is one of the key functions of this role. Support FM team with civil and landscaping CAPEX projects scoping, tendering, project, and snagging.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification. Facilities Management field Inspection is preferred.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of previous experience in FM Industry experience in monitoring contracts performance and building inspection in a similar field. Experience in operations and maintenance monitoring of assets condition and reports on non-compliances. Progress/Technical writing reporting and correspondence as per standards.
Job Specific Skills: Facilities Management, Maintenance and Operations Management, Project Management, Risk Analysis, Quality Assurance. Fluent English; Arabic is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills in English language. Excellent multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
