Job summary

Dubai Sports City is seeking a Help Desk Agent to support facilities services. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate service requests to ensure facilities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of help desk or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CAFM, ServiceNow or Freshdesk to deliver timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a help desk or customer service role in facilities management.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to handle multiple requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CAFM, ServiceNow or Freshdesk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for help desk inquiries related to facilities services.
• Manage service requests and troubleshoot issues.
