Job summary

• Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters; identify and operate shut-off valves; inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; ensure safety policies and guest service standards.
