Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations & maintenance, hands-on experience with FM systems.
• Relevant experience in UAE or Gulf region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and refurbishment activities.
• Develop effective preventive maintenance and inspection programs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and customer focus.
• Plan and conduct routine maintenance based on priority guidelines.

Skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Proficient with AutoCAD

Strong organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Education
