Qualifications

Job Description

• Oversee all PPM/RM tasks at sites
• Develop the PPM planner for the sites based on the actual conditions of assets
• Monitor the troubleshooting of MEP assets
• Coordinate with appointed vendors to ensure SLA/KPI are met
• Handle emergency maintenance and technical escalations
• Maintain daily operation report/plan and report the performance for management
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, HSE standards
• Conduct weekly TBT to site manpower to ensure full awareness of tasks and SOP
• Conduct regular inspections/audits to ensure optimal performance of operations
• Manage energy consumptions and materials issuance as per company targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in FM Field
• Strong communication skills
• Strong technical experience
