Facilities Engineer

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our prestigious client, one of the largest and most reputable holding companies in the region.

This position is offered as an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in corporate facilities management, with proven expertise in managing both soft and hard services. This is a great opportunity to be part of a semi-government entity that values operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate facilities, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping) and hard services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all facilities are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to optimize maintenance schedules and service delivery.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives in facilities operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and implement timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering or corporate FM.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, health & safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in large corporate or semi-government environments is a plus.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
