5. Proficiency in using technology tools for training delivery (e.g., Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, QR codes, Mobile Applications, VR, AI, Gamification, Microlearning, etc.).

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. English proficiency; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
