Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate façade installation activities (ACP, curtain wall, glass, cladding, etc.) on-site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor and guide a team of workers, ensuring efficient manpower and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.
• Maintain daily progress records and report any delays or issues to site management.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed and that PPE is worn by all team members.
• Raise material and tool requests as needed for uninterrupted site progress.
• Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings regularly.
• Support the team with hands-on guidance and resolve site-level problems promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience:

• High school diploma or technical certificate in civil, mechanical, or architectural field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in façade works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
