Job summary

AESG in Dubai seeks an experienced Façade Consultant to deliver on-site supervision and ensure quality during façade installation. You will contribute to project execution, liaise with engineering teams and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires 4–8 years of relevant experience, knowledge of façade systems, and strong coordination skills in a fast-growing consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• BE or equivalent degree in the related area
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience
• Experience with CAD, Microsoft Office and PDF
• Knowledge of façade systems and materials
• Site supervision and quality control experience
• Effective communication and coordination
• Testing and compliance awareness
• Health and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Site supervision and compliance monitoring on façade installation per drawings and specs
• Quality control inspections and verification of workmanship
• Witness performance tests (water/air infiltration) and ensure safety standards
• Prepare site reports, track progress and document deviations or non-conformities

Job Purpose

• Deliver Façade consultancy services to AESG’s clients.
• Execution of projects.
• Assist in business development activities related to consultancy services.

Qualification And Experience

• Minimum of a BE or equivalent degree related to the area of expertise required.
• Required minimum experience 4-8 years.
• Experience in software CAD / Microsoft /PDF
• Knowledge of Façade Systems and Materials
• Site Supervision and quality control experience

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Compliance Monitoring – Oversee façade installation activities on-site to ensure they align with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct routine site inspections, monitor workmanship, and verify installation methods meet quality standards and contract requirements.
• Testing & Commissioning Oversight – Witness façade performance tests (e.g., water and air infiltration, structural integrity) and verify that all components meet functional and safety requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation – Prepare site reports, track progress, document deviations or non-conformities.
