Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Façade Project Manager to lead façade projects from conception through completion, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver innovative façade solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Candidates should have 12–15+ years of experience in façade project management and a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in project management for façade projects.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex façade projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Lead design development with architects and engineering teams to preserve design intent.
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and proactively address challenges.
• Ensure on-site safety, quality standards, and company policies compliance.

This role is critical for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Façade Project Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver innovative and sustainable façade solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site.
