Job description

• Should be technically sound enough to guide / handle the technical team on design coordination.
• Should be capable of planning and executing the job with tight time constraints and able to lead facade package in a project from conception to completion.
• Should be able to come up with acceleration and delay cover-up programs upon requirements.
• To manage material approval, technical submittals & method statements based on site specifications & industry standards.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects based on the organizational requirements.
• Candidates should have the ability to form a team of their own with available resources and train them to be efficient in their respective roles.
• To coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives and authorities for necessary approval, commercial issues and to ultimately maintain harmony on site throughout the project span.
• To involve in preconstruction engineering and to foresee potential issues and fix them prior to design & construction to avoid unforeseen delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Must have 15-20 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 10 years of GCC experience having worked in fast-track high-rise buildings.

· Must be well versed in all authority-related requirements in terms of UAE Fire Safety Guidelines.
