Facade Engineer - Site Supervision

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and study all Project Elements including the BOQ, Specification, IFC drawings together with the Technical Manager and Project Manager.
• Assist in the creation and updating of the technical submittal registers and ensure timely issue of all engineering deliverables in accordance with the contract program.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate technical & management aspects of assigned projects.
• Taking approval for material submittal, design drawings from the consultant at pre-execution stage of project.
• Evaluate scope of work and design documents.
• Review drawings and design calculations. Site surveying & material ordering.
• Creating work invoice, site report and daily work schedule.
• Control and coordination of work and labours.
• Prepare/check the material “take-off” of all materials required for the project as per specification.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade engineering and site supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-rise buildings.
• Good knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
