We seek a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, budgets, and tendering, collaborating with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costs and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying for GRC/UHPC/facades.
• Ability to prepare budgets, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Experience with tender documents, RFIs, and commercial proposals.
• Proficient with MS Excel and estimating software.
• Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models for façade systems.
• Assist in budgets, BOQs, cost estimates, and cost plans for design to installation.
• Review tenders, prepare RFIs, and develop commercial proposals and pricing schedules.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and maintain supplier cost databases.
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and project cost reporting.
