Tanqeeb is seeking a Facade Cleaner in Dubai/Sharjah to join immediately. You will clean exterior glass, aluminum cladding and building surfaces on high-rise structures using BMUs, cradle systems, and rope access where certified.

The role requires 1-3 years UAE construction or facility management experience, safety protocol knowledge, and the ability to work at heights. Immediate availability is preferred; attractive benefits and visa support are offered.

Job Title: Facade Cleaner (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Dubai / Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1-3 Years (UAE Construction or Facility Management Experience Preferred)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Facade Cleaner to join our Facility Management team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting the exterior glass, aluminum cladding, and building surfaces of high-rise commercial and residential structures using specialized access equipment, window cleaning systems, and rope access techniques where certified.

Key Responsibilities

• Exterior Cleaning Operations


• Perform high-reach exterior cleaning of glass panels, windows, cladding, and architectural facades


• Operate building maintenance units (BMUs), cradle systems, aerial work platforms (cherry pickers/scissor lifts), and reach-and-wash water-fed pole systems


• Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, stains, and debris without damaging building surfaces


• Conduct pre-cleaning inspections of facade elements to report loose fittings, damaged seals, or structural cracks to the supervisor

Health, Safety & Equipment Compliance

• Adhere strictly to UAE municipality health and safety regulations, working-at-height standards, and company HSE guidelines


• Inspect all personal protective equipment (PPE), safety harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, and suspension equipment prior to every shift


• Set up ground-level exclusion zones, safety cones, and warning signage to protect pedestrians and site personnel


• Report any equipment malfunctions, unsafe weather conditions (high winds, extreme heat), or hazards to the FM Supervisor immediately

Maintenance & Team Support

• Clean, inspect, and safely store all facade cleaning tools, ropes, cradles, and chemical supplies after daily use


• Assist the maintenance team with basic exterior facade repairs, sealant applications, or joint inspections when required


• Maintain daily work logs, chemical consumption records, and task completion checklists


• Coordinate with site security and facility management teams to ensure minimal disruption to building occupants

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Facade Cleaner in the UAE (Facility Management or High-rise Maintenance sector)


• Proven experience operating BMUs, cradles, water-fed poles, and pressure washers


• Valid Working at Height certification (IRATA certification for Rope Access Technicians is a strong advantage)


• Thorough understanding of safety protocols, harness inspection, and high-reach hazard control


• Physical fitness, agility, and absolute comfort working at extreme heights


• Basic command of English (understanding safety instructions and signage is required; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (for rope access facade cleaning roles)


• Experience working on high-rise commercial towers or luxury residential developments


• Immediate availability to join (Immediate / Max 1-2 weeks' notice)
