Tanqeeb is seeking a Facade Cleaner in Dubai/Sharjah to join immediately. You will clean exterior glass, aluminum cladding and building surfaces on high-rise structures using BMUs, cradle systems, and rope access where certified.

The role requires 1-3 years UAE construction or facility management experience, safety protocol knowledge, and the ability to work at heights. Immediate availability is preferred; attractive benefits and visa support are offered.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused candidate with strict adherence to UAE safety standards.
• 1-3 years UAE Facade Cleaner experience in FM or high-rise maintenance preferred.
• Proven ability to operate BMUs, cradles, water-fed poles and pressure washers.
• IRATA rope-access certification is a strong advantage and safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Exterior Cleaning Operations
• High-reach exterior cleaning of glass panels, windows, cladding, and facades
• Operate BMUs, cradle systems, aerial work platforms, and water-fed poles
• Use cleaning agents, squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washing equipment safely
• Report any defects or hazards to supervisor promptly
