Fabricator (Steel Structure)

• Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components by reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and weld metal components using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG).
• Operate and maintain fabrication tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Inspect and test assembled structures to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to solve fabrication issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a steel structure fabricator or similar role in construction or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Attention to detail and quality, with a focus on delivering accurate and precise work.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
• Certification or training in welding and fabrication techniques (preferred).
