Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or similar environment.
• Experience supporting structural or offshore fabrication activities is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fabrication planning and production workflows.
• Ability to review drawings for constructability and identify execution constraints.

Responsibilities

• Review Scope of Work, specs, drawings, schedules to establish fabrication requirements.
• Prepare detailed Scope of Work documents and Task Listings for production activities.
• Review fabrication schedules and suggest sequencing improvements to Planning.
• Assess drawings for constructability before release to fabrication.
• Coordinate with Planning to incorporate realistic fabrication priorities.
• Monitor fabrication execution against schedules and milestones.
• Prepare weekly fabrication progress reports for management.
• Track production man‑hours and productivity against plans.
