Job summary

Deliveroo’s Dubai team is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate (UAE National) to support data and reporting, weekly performance reviews, and variance analysis. You’ll work with the Finance & Strategy function and collaborate with UAE Leadership to drive insight.

You’ll maintain datasets, ensure report accuracy, and contribute to improved templates and commentary, helping the business understand drivers and align with targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances.
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).

We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us with the data and reporting support, weekly performance review management and variance analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing
