Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven F&B Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlet, ensuring top-tier guest service, smooth coordination of staff, and compliance with brand standards. The ideal candidate will inspire the team to exceed expectations in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the F&B service team during operations.

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through efficient service and personalized attention.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor quality standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.

  • Support the Outlet Manager in training and performance management.

  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting duties.

  • Lead by example in maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.

Key Requirements:
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Arabic or Russian) is a plus.
