Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, assist the kitchen, and clean work areas; replenish supplies to support smooth food and beverage operations.
• Provide proactive guest service to ensure transactions feel part of the experience.
• Maintain safety, policies, and quality standards; present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; read and visually verify menu information; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as specified (up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance).

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: None.
• License or Certification: None.
