What you will be doing:
You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team, and support your team's development.
Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the In-room Dining team.
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
Regularly review house counts, forecast, and VIP list, and communicate daily between all outlets.
Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Focus on guest feedback and always strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
Well-versed with Restaurant Service/In-room Dining Operations.
Service-focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
