F&B Supervisor

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

  1. Take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
  2. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-room Dining team.
  3. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
  4. Regularly review house counts, forecasts, and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets.
  5. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  6. Focus on guest feedback and always seek to improve guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  2. Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
  3. Well-versed with Restaurant Service/In-room Dining Operations.
  4. Service-focused personality and a passion for food and beverage.
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with the ability to lead by example.
