Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor for Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara. You will supervise daily operations of restaurants, banquet functions, and room service, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Lead Associates, manage schedules, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments to uphold standards and procedures while maintaining safety and hygiene.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily operations of assigned restaurants, banquet functions, and room service.
• Ensure prompt, courteous, and high-quality food and beverage service.
• Lead and motivate Associates to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Anantara service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage shift opening and closing according to established checklists.
• Prepare and manage daily/weekly schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Monitor working hours, overtime, and staffing levels in line with forecast and budget.
• Ensure proper revenue and check-control procedures are followed.
• Supervise banquet setups according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments during service.
• Conduct menu classes and taste panels and ensure only quality products are served.
• Support training and development of new and existing Associates.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, uniform, and safety standards.
• Handle daily Associate relations, including scheduling and time adjustments.
• Support fair and consistent counselling and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain effective communication through shift handovers, meetings, and logbooks.
• Support Quality Improvement initiatives and recommend new ideas or incentive programs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and reporting of repairs and operational issues.
