POSITION SUMMARY

Whether setting tables communicating with the kitchen interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the guest experience by taking the initiative to deliver a wide range of services.
  • Assist with setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Contribute to making transactions feel like part of the overall dining experience.
  • Follow safety, quality, and professional standards; uphold company policies and procedures; and maintain professional appearance and communications.
  • Remain on feet and move around as needed; read and visually verify menu information; perform manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance); reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
