Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities
  • Set tables and maintain dining areas to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and other team members to coordinate service.
  • Interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and assist with special requests.
  • Clean work areas and manage supplies to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Handle transactions and contribute to a seamless guest experience as part of the service team.
  • Participation in maintaining a safe workplace and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the menu information by reading and visually verifying details when needed.

Physical and safety requirements: Guests Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces). The role involves handling and moving objects; lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
