Title: F&B Sales Manager

Brief Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading lifestyle retail group operating across the Middle East and Africa. The business owns a portfolio of top international franchise brands in F&B, fashion, home, and more, and is now looking for a Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts across its premium F&B brands.
This is a key commercial role focused on B2B, wholesale, and corporate sales across the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, commercially savvy, and have a solid background in premium retail or F&B sales. You will lead the execution of sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure strong sales performance across multiple channels.
F&B Sales Manager - Requirements:
- 7-9 years of experience in Sales & Distribution or similar roles
- Experience working within premium food retail is essential (premium chocolate is a plus)
- 4+ years in a managerial position
- Proven experience in developing B2B/wholesale/corporate sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and contract negotiation
- Highly analytical, with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
