Brief Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading lifestyle retail group operating across the Middle East and Africa. The business owns a portfolio of top international franchise brands in F&B, fashion, home, and more, and is now looking for a Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts across its premium F&B brands.
This is a key commercial role focused on B2B, wholesale, and corporate sales across the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, commercially savvy, and have a solid background in premium retail or F&B sales. You will lead the execution of sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and ensure strong sales performance across multiple channels.

F&B Sales Manager - Requirements:

  1. 7-9 years of experience in Sales & Distribution or similar roles
  2. Experience working within premium food retail is essential (premium chocolate is a plus)
  3. 4+ years in a managerial position
  4. Proven experience in developing B2B/wholesale/corporate sales strategies
  5. Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and contract negotiation
  6. Highly analytical, with the ability to generate and interpret performance reports
  7. Fluent in English and Arabic
  8. Proficient in MS Office
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
