THE MISSION

You are responsible for the catering department (restaurant, bar, and work/event spaces).

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in menu engineering and setting menu prices.

You recruit, supervise, and coordinate all restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.

You ensure compliance with the law; your watch at Mama is never over.

You guarantee that the customer experience is always perfect!
