Job Description

The Mission:

Our customers and teams are in good hands with you. You will be responsible for the catering department (restaurant, bar, and work/event spaces). In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you will participate in menu engineering and setting menu prices. You will recruit, supervise, direct, and coordinate all restaurant staff while handling various other responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining high standards at Mama Shelter is your priority. You will guarantee an exceptional customer experience at all times.
