Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives for Conrad Dubai to drive incremental hotel revenue within the allocated marketing budget. They will ensure consistency and high standards across all external and internal communications, managing, monitoring, and directing the accuracy and quality of all print materials and electronic data in line with corporate brand guidelines.

What will I be doing?
  1. General Marketing: Develops each hotel’s marketing plan and budget, manages and executes tactical campaigns to increase revenue, and provides regular updates on campaign performance to DBD, GM, FC, and Regional Marketing.
  2. Collaboration and Support: Liaises with other departments to identify opportunities, support revenue targets, and ensure promotional activities are executed across all channels. Leverages partnerships effectively to maximize campaign ROI.
  3. Partnership Development: Builds relationships with new and existing partners and stakeholders to enhance hotel positioning and create commercial opportunities through joint events, co-marketing, sponsorships, etc.
  4. Online Presence and E-Marketing: Ensures hotel websites are regularly updated with promotions and showcase offerings to maximize conversions. Manages third-party website content and email marketing activities in compliance with Hilton standards.
  5. Advertising & Promotions: Coordinates with Regional Marketing on joint marketing or promotional opportunities. Ensures promotional information about F&B activities and offers is current and accurately presented.
  6. Database Management: Develops and maintains hotel databases for targeted campaigns promoting rooms, meetings, F&B, and Spa offers.
  7. Internal Marketing & Collateral: Acts as the brand guardian, developing marketing collateral per Hilton’s identity guidelines, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Supports merchandising initiatives and maintains the hotel’s photographic library.
